Zillow — US Realtor Lead-Gen

How this channel works: scrape Zillow listings → keep one cheapest listing per realtor → send a buyer enquiry (their phone gets our US line +1 272 347 1167) → the realtor calls back → Elsie reveals she's AI in the first 20 seconds and pitches the AI receptionist. Each enquiry is its own fresh US session (beats PerimeterX).

One pass = it enquires the moment it finds a new realtor, on the page it already opened, and skips anyone already contacted. Untick to just scrape and review the list first.
